Welcome to Ontario Crop Science. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("You") and Ontario Crop Science ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

- You means the farmer, dealer, or individual accessing or using the Service.
2. Agricultural Disclaimer (Important)
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge the following regarding agricultural inputs:
- Results May Vary: While our products (NPK-Energy, Boro-20, etc.) are tested for high quality, the final crop yield and health depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, soil health, water quality, pest pressure, and application methods.
- Proper Usage: The Company is not liable for any crop damage or lack of results caused by improper dosage, mixing incompatible chemicals, or applying products at the wrong growth stage. Always read the label and consult an agronomist if unsure.
- Safety: Our products include chemical and biological agents. They must be stored away from children and livestock. The Company is not responsible for health issues arising from negligence or failure to use protective gear (masks, gloves) during application.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
4. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
- You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (generally under 18).

5. Product Pricing and Availability
We strive to ensure accuracy in our product descriptions and pricing. However:
- Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
- Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item (e.g., a specific batch of Consortia) is out of stock, we will notify you and refund the amount.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ontario Crop Science or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of crop yield, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service or our Products.
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. We do not accept liability for any consequential loss to crops or land.
7. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the server that makes it available is free of viruses.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Ontario Crop Science and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
9. Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service or a Product, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. Most agricultural disputes can be resolved through mutual discussion and technical analysis.
10. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
