However, we understand that there may be situations where returning a product becomes necessary. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and our responsibilities regarding cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.

  • Goods refer to the agricultural inputs offered for sale, including fertilizers, pesticides, bio-products, seeds, micronutrients, and growth regulators.

  • Website refers to the online platform of Ontario Crop Science.
  • You means the individual or business purchasing or using our Service.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return after receiving the item, subject to our return conditions. In such cases, shipping and handling charges may be deducted from your refund.

3. Conditions for Returns

Ontario Crop Science offers a 7-Day Return Window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Labels, batch numbers, and barcodes must be intact and clearly readable.
  • No mixing, dilution, or partial usage of the product is permitted.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or Unsealed Fertilizers/Chemicals: Due to safety and quality concerns, opened products cannot be accepted.
  • Products Damaged by Customer: Items affected by heat, moisture, improper storage, or contamination.
  • Customized Orders: Special formulations or custom product mixes.
  • Expired Items: Goods that have expired after delivery.

The Company reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To process your complaint:

  • Take clear images or a video showing the damage or issue.
  • Share the proof with our support team via email or WhatsApp.
  • Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. How to Return Goods

If your return is approved, you will be required to send the item to the address below:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged product, etc.). We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service to avoid lost packages.

We cannot process refunds for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit without verified proof of delivery.

6. Refund Timeline & Method

Once the returned goods are received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you regarding the refund status:

  • If Approved: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Deductions: Shipping charges and any return courier fees may be deducted unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

7. Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased under "Clearance", "Short-Expiry", “Combo Offers,” or heavy discounts are not eligible for returns or refunds unless damaged upon arrival.

8. Bulk Orders / Dealer Shipments

Bulk orders placed by distributors or retailers may be subject to separate return guidelines. Such orders are handled through distributor agreements or B2B policies and may not fall under standard return terms.
